What is Triple Vagal Method™?

Somatic therapy offers a deeply holistic approach to healing by honouring the mind-body connection. While talk therapy provides space for reflection and processing through words, somatic therapy recognises that experiences—especially trauma and chronic stress—are also stored in the body. The Triple Vagal Method™ (TVM™) works directly with these patterns, using precise touch techniques to activate oxytocin production and support nervous system regulation. Unlike other somatic methods, TVM™ does not rely on movement or breathwork, making it accessible for those who feel overwhelmed by more physically demanding techniques. By fostering feelings of safety and connection, TVM™ helps shift the nervous system from survival states into a more grounded, regulated, and authentic sense of self—allowing you to truly come home to your body.

It was amazing! I didn’t know anything about somatic bodywork before the session. However Jess provided a great introduction to the process and gently guided me every step of the way. It is fair to say that I was very happy with the professionalism, knowledge and practical application from Frank the practitioner. I didn't quite know what to expect for my body from the session as it's my first Somatic bodywork session. I didn't know it possible to relax my body to such a deep degree without stretching or yoga. I found that my hips and legs stored a lot of tension, there was noticeable shaking from my legs at one point which was surprising to me but considered normal for the treatment.I found that the session helped me feel really secure in my body which I didn't know possible. I'm not sure if I would be able to relate to this feedback that I am giving without experiencing the session. After the treatment I felt considerably lighter in both mood and body. I would highly recommend this treatment for anybody but especially if you suffer with anything like stiff hips such as myself. I look forward to my next session. Thank you ! Marc
