Triple Vagal Method™ 1:1 In-Person Sessions

Our in-person TVM™ sessions offer a deeply supportive and hands-on approach to nervous system healing. By fostering somatic resonance between practitioner and client, these sessions create the conditions for profound release, nervous system regulation, and gentle reconnection with your body’s innate wisdom.

This nurturing approach allows for real-time adjustments that align with your unique somatic experience, ensuring each session meets you exactly where you are. With guided movement, sound, and touch, TVM™ supports your body in letting go of stored tension, unwinding old patterns, and restoring a sense of ease and safety.

Every healing journey is personal, which is why all sessions begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your story, your needs, and your intentions. From there, each session is thoughtfully tailored to support you in the way that feels most nourishing, grounding, and restorative.

You will be welcomed into a safe and inclusive space, where you can fully relax, receive, and trust in your body’s ability to heal.

Group Workshops & Somatic Gatherings

Healing is magnified in community. Our group workshops offer a space for shared exploration, connection, and nervous system support through somatic movement, breath, and embodiment practices. These gatherings are designed to:

  • Guide you back to a sense of wholeness and presence
  • Offer gentle tools for regulating stress and emotions
  • Create a supportive and heart-centred space for healing and self-discovery

Workshops may include:

Yoga Classes

 

Our yoga classes are designed to be a soft landing place for your body, mind, and nervous system. Rooted in somatic awareness and breath-led movement, these practices help you release tension, restore balance, and return to yourself with more ease and presence.

Classes include:
